JOB OPENINGS AT LAKE OF THE WOODS SCHOOL

Lake of the Woods School District 390 has a full-time Business Manager opening for the 2024-2025 School Year. This is a 40 hour per week position with some evening, weekend hours possible. Salary is negotiable based on credentials and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare Annual Budget, long-range planning, financial reporting for state and federal programs, cash flow management, bank reconciliation, preparation of working papers for annual financial audit, payroll processing, and all other areas of school district accounting systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting preferred, but not required. Knowledge of Minnesota Smart Finance and Smart HR is helpful, but not required. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lake of the Woods School is accepting applications for part-time summer help positions.

Seasonal employees perform a variety of semi-skilled and manual work in the maintenance facilities and grounds.  Typical work responsibilities include: cleaning, painting, watering, raking, mowing, weeding, and minor repair & maintenance, in the on-going upkeep and maintenance of the various public facilities and grounds.

Wage – $15.00/hr.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates for the position must have a valid driver’s license and be physically able to perform manual labor tasks as outlined in the job description.

Desirable Training and Experience:

No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take initiative is a must.

Lake of the Woods School is accepting applications for a Varsity Softball Coach for the Spring 2025 season.

  • Build a strong Softball program
  • Manage Varsity practices and games, assist with Junior High as necessary
  • Oversee development of younger levels of softball to ensure strong future teams
  • Manage Softball budget
  • Collaborate with Activities Director to create Varsity Softball game schedule
  • Reports to Activities Director
