If your child will be five years old or older on September 1 of the upcoming school year and you plan on sending them to school at Lake of the Woods, we are asking that you fill out the registration forms and mail them back to the school by May 31.

If you do not live within the school district 390 but will be sending your child to Lake of the Woods, you must contact Tracy Cook 218-634-2510 Ext. 1421 to complete the open enrollment paperwork.
