Elementary

Kindergarten -5th grade Open House will be 4:00-7:00pm in your teacher’s classroom. Meet your teachers, check out your classroom, and get ready for the school year! Feel free to bring and drop off your student’s school supplies so they don’t have to haul them on the first day.

High School 

6th & 7th grade and New High School student orientation will be at 5:00pm in the auditorium.

9th grade orientation is at 6:00pm in the auditorium.

Parents

While your student is getting ready for the year . . . parents can too!  Lake of the Woods School offers parents online access to your child’s academic information through Synergy Parent Experience (ParentVUE). Once your account is set up, you will be able to view who your child’s teacher(s) are, current grades, assignments, attendance, course history, immunizations, lunch accounts and other information pertaining to your child. Teachers will update their gradebooks based on the type of assignments and the length of time needed to accurately review and grade such assignments.

If you have not accessed ParentVUE in the past please contact the school’s main office (218-634-2510 ext. 1421 or 1422) to receive your Activation Key for the Parent Experience Portal.

Log on to www.lakeofthewoodsschool.org. Under the Parent link, select Synergy then Parent Experience to set up your password and User Name. You will need to activate your account the first time you log in. After activating you will log in with the User Name and Password that you set up. Once you have logged in, make sure to enter your email address on the “My Account” tab so you may retrieve your password and User Name if forgotten.

Make sure to use your Google browser when using ParentVUE or you may lose some functionality.

ParentVUE is also available as an app for your phone or device.
